This letter of reference is in regard to our experience with our health insurance broker Mr. Alan Miller. Mr. Miller has served as our health insurance and life insurance agent for the past 10 years. His agency AM Insurance Agency has continually serviced our needs with dedication and concern for our employees and their health needs during this time.
We find Alan very knowledgeable and up-to-date on the current plans and programs in this ever-changing industry.
His services have always gone beyond the selling of the insurance. He personally handles challenges presented to us as an employer. He follows up on open issues with providers and levels of insurance coverage with employees.
He works closely with many insurance underwriters and when our needs change, he is constantly seeking to get us the best coverage for the price in the industry.
Alan has also been instrumental in helping us set up our internal Cafeteria Plan for our employees. He sought out our Administrator and is active in service support of our plan.
